You want to wear something on your face that screams New York Original? Moscot!!
I first discovered Moscot this last winter when I was shopping for a unique Hanukkah gift that bespoke originality and New York which I could send to my little Brother Pete in Oregon.
Thought we are separated by 22 years in age? I feel like my little brother and I see our lives through similar "lenses".
In other words? When it comes to our family? We don't exactly conform- lol
Pete and I have a long history of being original, and this is true of the history of Moscot.
The Moscot roots are a lot like the roots of Falk's in New York. One hundred years ago Patriarch Hyman Moscot arrived from Eastern Europe via Ellis Island, and began selling glasses from a pushcart on the Lower East Side while Samuel Falk at the same time was also Eastern European and a gaslighter in Hells Kitchen. Both Jewish men sought their fortune in New York, and both succeeded.
For Hanukah I succeeded in choosing the most iconic of the Moscot styles for my Brother Pete, the Lemtosh.
Being it was Hanukah and I had spent Pete's childhood being Shaniclaus, bridging the gap between being born a gentile and marrying a Jew I chose the Vilda frame with the aqua shades as a gift for myself and then went for a New York walk in Astoria Park.
By the time I returned to Moscot this week? I'd spent what can only be called a winter of discontent deciphering with lawyers Federal and State the various ways the Willitts and Michael Falk had been trying to disappear the Shannon Falk "Manager".
Sometimes it takes years to see clearly the who was grifting off my mother in Law Gertrude Falk's will, and as I am her personal successor representative? I thought I owed it to the ladies to see things clearly.
Once you see that for money? Men will collaborate, and they might try and call you crazy, but the truth is that Bill and Jason Willitts aren't entitled to a dime of anything Falk in NYC.
These days? I have lawyers who agree. The Willitts are Crazy- lol
I love my new summer Moscot readers, but really? You don't have to read in New York, you can just show up at the buildings and let them know there's a lady in the house.

I would say that Bill Willitts, Trustee Easely, Trustee Jason Willitts, their dim wit attorney, Brian Witt along with duplicitous Merle Meyers, the creepy Adams Family Principle David Levy, CEO John R Perlman, and Michael Falk could apply for a real job at Moscot, but they are a nice family owned business with solid Jewish roots in New York, and they probably don't hire people of ill repute - lol
What I can say? I'm done with the Willitts and Falk crucifixion and here for the benefit of three beautiful pearls I wear on one hand.
Pearls are symbolic of a mother's love, and two of those on my ring represent Max and Zoe Falk who had their childhood stolen and the third? That's for my brother Pete who needs the love of a mother and my protection, so I exist for the innocence lost, and to claim my destiny in New York. It's about damn time!!
Don't pollute Zoe Falk's head with viral lies about her parents middle class California divorce, and don't place my little brother Pete in a Guardianship when you're the crazy one's. That'll cost you in New York 2023
