Leaping off Grand Turk's Salt Pier
Piers to jump. Miles of beaches, thousands of seashells, one of a kind art and people at Cockburn in Turks and Caicos, but of course I am a freestyle cliff jumper and it's not like Turk's and Caicos is known for its cliffs, but I figured there had to be somewhere and so I took a taxi to Cockburn Town and was pointed the right way and after my wild splash into the water and the long swim back to the beach I felt I was infused with the Island and relaxed and took time to explore local street stalls and pick a piece of art that would remind me not only of the island, but also supports my belief that if you want to help an economy? Purchase goods from locals. You know think globally spend locally.
Find yourself in Turks and Caicos? Smell the Flowers, Suck in local Flavor and Go Jump off a Pier!

If you want local flavor? Go to a local food Truck, like duh.

I'm not your usual "Cruiser" I wasn't in port to drink like the other boring cruisers. I wanted my own custom tour.

Easiest Way to see the most? Grab a Local Taxi Driver and ask where all the local Senders & Senderallas #Sendit

It's not like there's a lot of Cliffjumper's sending Grand Turk so after I went and jumped off the pier? I dove into the local culture

I always take a moment to get beachy by combing for Shells

Sorry E.T. I don't phone home. When it comes to home? Stay Gone

Nothing like Flowers in the Hair to bring on the island vibe

Church wasn't open, but I was

Cultures may differ, but really? Aren't we traveling for connection?

Being Respectful of others Cultures means respecting they have their own beliefs

Waters at Cockburn Pier

Miles of uncrowded beach

It's not the Clear Beaches that make Cockburn it's the local art and people that make the town memorable. Love art? Buy local.
